June 17, 2018 - Father's Day. Dad's receive a FREE train ride.  

If you have a valid Military ID and show it at the ticket counter, you can save on each admission including senior and children's admissions.

A group rate for 15 or more paying guests are offered.

About Gulf Breeze Zoo

The Gulf Breeze Zoo sits on about 50 acres of land. It is home to hundreds of animals include primates, large cats, bears and many tropical birds. The zoo in Gulf Breeze has an Australian Free-Flight Budgiery. Here you can feed parakeets from a budgie treat stick. This Florida zoo also offers a Kangaroo exhibit, a giraffe feeding station and a petting zoo.

A raised boardwalk leads visitors past an area where you can see rhino, zebra, wildebeest and deer roaming the area. You can also see chimpanzee and gorilla islands, African wild dog, ostrich and emu in this area.

The Gulf Breeze Zoo offers a train ride for an additional fee of $3. The ride is about 15 minutes long and also takes you past deer, antelope, zebras, gorilla and hippos. The deer, antelope and zebras are free to roam some 30 acres of land.

Gulf Breeze Zoo Details

The Gulf Breeze Zoo is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day.

Hours for the zoo are 9am to 4pm with last admissions sold at 3pm on most days.  During the summer, the zoo has extended hours.

Regular admission prices are Adult $17.95, Children (2-12) $13.95, Senior (65 and up) $16.95, Children under 2 are FREE.

Additional fees for animal feed, bird feed, train ride and tours.

You may not bring food or drink into the zoo. However, there is a picnic area outside of the zoo. The zoo also has a snack bar.

Gulf Breeze Zoo offers opportunities to feed some of the animals. There is an extra charge for animal feed.
