The 2018 Entertainment Coupon Book offers a Cincinnati Zoo discount coupon.

Memorial Day, July 4th and Veteran’s Day - Active military, retired military, National Guard, veterans with honorable or medical discharge and Reserve Officers' Training Corps will receive a FREE Cincinnati Zoo ticket with a government issued ID. They may also purchase up to six half-priced tickets for immediate family members. Some restrictions may apply.

Groups of 15 or more can receive a discount.

With a military, fire or police ID, guests can save receive a Cincinnati Zoo discount. Ticket must be purchased in person.

Tickets can be purchased for half price during Penguin Days. These days take place in winter.

A Senior discount is offered for the regular Cincinnati Zoo admission ticket to those 62 and older.

The local Krogers grocery stores sell discount Cincinnati Zoo tickets at a discount.

AAA members can receive zoo discount tickets at the local AAA office or online.

Buying your tickets online at their website can save you some money.

If you are a member of another zoo or aquarium, you may qualify for half-price or FREE admission.

If you go to the zoo at least two or three times during the year, it is good to look at the membership prices.  It includes FREE year-round admission to the zoo, FREE admission to PNC Festival of Lights, FREE or discounted admission to over 100 other zoos, discount on all retail and food service location and more.  There are many different types of memberships.

Local hotels such as the Embassy Suites and Marriott often offer a room and zoo package.

Zoo coupons, discounts, specials and deals usually have a limited time and an expiration date.

About Cincinnati Zoo

Also known as the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, the zoo was founded in 1873 and it was the second zoo to
open in the United States. This zoo has had a very successful breeding program and has therefore has become known as "The Sexiest Zoo in America". 

This Cincinnati Zoo has been rated the number one attraction locally, one of the top zoos in the United States by Zagat Survey and a number seven by Parents Magazine on the Top 10 Best Zoos for Kids.

It has over 500 animals and 3,000 plant species.  Some of the zoo’s mammals are the American Black Bear, Screaming Hairy Armadillo, Black-footed Cat, Babydoll Sheep, Takins, California Sea Lion and Red Panda.

Some of the exhibits at this Ohio Zoo include the Gibbon Islands, Lords of the Artic, Cheetah Encounter and a Flamingo exhibit.  A new exhibit, African Savannah, is being built in four phases. When completed, it will be the largest animal exhibit in zoo history.

Parking is $9.

The Cincinnati Zoo has rides and theater shows at an
additional cost; most cost between $2 - $5.  However, 
you can save money on these when you buy a Combo Ticket.
